Merry Christmas Everyone!

Although we don't have the Christmas snow that several other states have, the spirit of Christmas is definitely alive and well here at my house. Lots of love and presents....and the annual viewing of "The Christmas Story" - a family favorite.

This Christmas is very special - my DD is home for over a week for a visit! Wahoo! AND....best of all....she cooked Christmas dinner - filet, roasted garlic green beans and garlic mashed potatoes with a port wine reduction sauce! What could be better than that? (By the way...everything was perfect - she's a fabulous cook! All that and she'll have a PhD in Chemistry in May! I'm definitely a very proud Mama!)
