July 3rd Porch Party

Bob, of Hunt Country Yarns in The Plains, VA, held another porch party. It was a bit hot, but with the fan on the front porch, it was bearable. It was lovely sitting out in the fresh air! There were even some wonderful home made cookies and other goodies - perfect for snacking!!!!





Lisa and I met Elizabeth there. I've been able to get together with Elizabeth several times this year - which is definitely a bonus. She was busily working on a cute shawl - "Deanna's Vintage Styles". It's quite cute - I had to purchase the pattern myself to add to my ever growing stack of "must do" patterns.



I also "had" to purchase some gorgeous hand dyed roving from Lorna's Laces.
