Sons of Norway

The Sons of Norway meeting on Friday was very low-key in comparison to the gathering at the Embassy on Thursday night. In addition to our usual Smorgasbord, we had the installation of the officers and a musical "sing-a-long". Next month will be exciting though....it's featuring the Lundehund (the Norwegian Puffin Dog).


I was installed as a "Greeter" once again - a job I truly enjoy and have a lot of fun doing. The District President attended our meeting and presided over the installation.

During the meeting, I managed to work a bit of knitting and made some progress on my Lorna's Laces socks. I finished the back of the heel and am now ready to turn the heel.
